Inspired by travels through Andalusia and North Africa; Souk is a charcoal grill-based kitchen all about smoke, spice and flavour. Expect aromatic smoky meat, fish, vegetables and punchy salads crafted with care. The menu will reflect the seasons working with local suppliers to bring you the best quality ingredients moulded into our Mahgrebi delights.
