LFay weaves together aspects of hip-hop, nu jazz and neo-soul with jungle, drum’n’bass and breaks, creating a sound that unites polarised audiences as it skips between genres. Using a variety of lyrical styles the artist presents a series of playful observations addressing the effects that isolating circumstances have on a young mind and touching on her free party and rave culture roots.
LFay has already garnered a lot of industry and media attention with significant radio plays in the UK and Germany. She featured on BBC Introducing’s end of year “Ones To Watch” and has received significant support from Radio 1’s Jess Izza and BBC Radio 1 Xtra.
Set to release new material in 2026 on Wordplay Records and with prime slots at The Great Escape, Shambala, FOCUS Wales, Rock & Roll Circus, Wild Paths and a number of other showcase events already secured, the future is looking bright! Performances will commence at 12:30pm, 1:45pm & 3pm and will last for around 30-40mins.
